We created another summary analysing how effective our trailer was according to key words linking to audience theory. We thought that this would be useful because it enabled us to see how our trailer connects with other trailers that are released in cinemas with a similar genre, and whether it follows these conventions.
The main focus of our Prezi was understanding how our trailer followed the conventions of connotation and denotation, where you see something and visualise something different. This was effective because we could talk briefly about what we were trying to make our audience feel and how they should respond with certain props and costumes.
